The Shenandoah District of the Church of The Brethren

The Shenandoah District contains 100 congregations and is comprised of congregations located in the counties and cities therein of Albemarle, Augusta, Bath, Frederick, Highland, Greene, Louisa, Orange, Page, Madison, Rockbridge, Rockingham, Shenandoah and Warren in the State of Virginia, and the counties of Hardy, Pendleton and Pocahontas in West Virginia.

The Shenandoah District affirms our common mission to be:

…to continue ministries of healing, peace, justice and grace to all,
…to encourage, challenge and equip our congregations for mission,
…to nurture congregational life seeking the blessings of the Holy Spirit through prayer,
